To open the publications, double click on the link. Loading time can take up to 3 minutes. The file needs to open up in Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher. Once opened, use the following steps to make the page fit in your window. Go to the tool bar at the top of the page and click on the down arrow next to the percentage sign. Then click on Fit In Window near the bottom of the list.
